- Tobacco deaths - 1.4 million a year. (1)


- Traffic fatalities - 1 million a year. (2)


- Deaths in terrorist attacks in 2005 – 14,600, 30% of which were in Iraq. (3)

Over 30,000 folks are murdered by guns here every year too!

*And why are we spending more on Cuba than on the War on Terror (TM)?

My point should be obvious. You can't open a paper or see the news without reference to terrorism. Yet, compared with other problems, few people die of terrorist attacks and vastly more die from automobiles and cigs. Yet, little is made of that. This should then lead to the question of why is this the case?
