Firstly...there's no such thing ...Two points: <br /><br />Firstly...there's no such thing as "government money". It must come either from more debasing of the currency via debt issuance and price inflation or from taxpaying individuals.<br /><br />Secondly...why not let your "climate emergency" work itself out naturally? Let the economy and nature put the suburban strip mall-auto suburb model out of business. This "man-made climate change" mania is a nearly-exclusively western thing. It's near to a non-issue in most of the world.<br /><br />And...I'd submit that the threat of even more liberticidal government "laws", bans, edicts and rules in our lives trumps any "climate emergency".<br /><br />Find a voluntarist, individual-centred, non-coercive way of dealing with it and I'll go along. But the threat of government violence being used to dictate how people heat their homes, how they move about, how much they are forced to pay in taxes along with even more bans is a violation of not only human rights but of the principle of free contract, and the right to discriminate in one's personal dealings. <br /><br />Kreditanstaltnoreply@blogger.com
